Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, provided you meet the following conditions:

Return Request Deadline: 

• You must contact us via email at donnasdaughterco@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags or labels intact.
• Returns without prior email contact or outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to request an exchange, please indicate this in your return email.
